The rice has been harvested and rats are plenty. Every year my cleaners husband sends me a couple. Here's the one I'm having for lunch today. It's been in the oven for about 15 mins.

Thai rat is criticised by farang cnuts who wouldn't even be able to tell the difference between sewer and field cuts. It has an earthy flavour, but our western conditioning means we shall remain ignorant.
