Ragu alla bolognese with penne. Trying to stay as close as possible to the Italian recipe. Hundreds of versions of the recipe around, of course, so whatever makes you happy...

My missus finds that a bit too bland, so we add a few 'erbs, but the main idea will see you with a sauce that shouldn't be drowning the pasta.

Someone kindly posted photos of their Beef Stroganoff a week or two back, and I've been meaning to make one since. It made a decent dinner, hadn't had one for eons. Very retro

Dinner tonight.

Steak burger - without the bun and without lettuce or relish.

Yep, just a pure steak. The last one from yesterday. All gone now.

Just a light lunch today

A couple of boneless pieces of spicy chicken

Followed by a little bit of fish

And some more chicken

A bit more chicken in a Luigi style green pesto thingamebob and some lentils and garlic nan

And a little ice cream

With a front row seat to the pervs exiting Annie's massage

That was the small lunch which is 500 baht I think, the vegetarian was 400 baht and their big fukker which has two desserts and lord knows how much chicken is 800, if i remember right. Great service in there.

you can change your plates instead of doing what i did too, also they ask you if you want some more of every single item they bring you, not sure if they charge extra if you say yes.

I used to take pix of the pervs sitting across from Annies taking pix of the pervs going in and out.

My analyst says I'm better now.
