Here's today lunch, some refried chicken from LotteMart - the bucket was 180 baht - bargain. That's about half of it, we ate some last night.

(Fat Kev, the greatest centre back the world has ever known, would be well up for that chicken with a keg of ale.)

&, the wife made these yesterday, it was her first time, so they aren't perfect. We have to use up the rest of the mix she cooked up yesterday, so there will be more today - I'll do a step by step photoshoot for youse all lucky peoples!

A bit less water mixed in with the colouring today, as she wants more vibrant colours.

Following from our very very happy Spanish holiday the wife got me to order a paella pan off ebay £6 delivered and this is what she served me up tonight when I arrived home from work

Bloody beautiful it all was to , chicken , fresh prawns and chorizo in the paella + fresh garlic prawns on the side + mussels cooked in garlic on the other side , lightly dressed with fresh ensalata ,, which my dear little wife loves pronouncing

Just finished our lovely meal tonight when the door bell rang and the bosses brother presented me with 3 braces of pheasants he shot on Saturday .

Here I am getting stuck into these bad boys , problem is 3 birds in and there is a lot of shot in em ,, fair enough these boys shoot to kill not to eat so I have changed tack and am simply gonna cut the breasts off and I will cook in a beautiful cream sauce tomorrow .
