Here's today lunch, some refried chicken from LotteMart - the bucket was 180 baht - bargain. That's about half of it, we ate some last night.

&, the wife made these yesterday, it was her first time, so they aren't perfect. We have to use up the rest of the mix she cooked up yesterday, so there will be more today - I'll do a step by step photoshoot for youse all lucky peoples!

A bit less water mixed in with the colouring today, as she wants more vibrant colours.
Some stale wheat bread, onion, celery, and a bit of garlic, salt and pepper, sage, and home made chicken stock. Baked for about 40 minutes. It came out really nice.Quote:
