Klong Toey. Where did you buy the dinner service?
Gert had salmon with creamy mash potato, baby carrots, broccoli and chives. I had fish&chips.

Normally don't post pics in this thread/forum of eating out, but will add some this time as home-cooking lately has only been the same meals I like which have mostly been posted before.
A starter of Alaskan scallops;
Rack of Lamb (should've taken the pic before pouring the jus over it)
No desert, but probably the best Irish Coffee in Pattaya;

I was contemplating going to a place call The Courtyard for Sunday lunch this weekend.
But then I saw this on their facebook page.
Mmmmm labiaticious.

Whipped this up tonight. Ham hock, pig knuckle or whatever ya want to call it.
Easy. Few pig knuckles from local market. Cheap as chips.
Rub meat with garlic, rosemary and oil. Then rub with salt. Oven 190C for about 90 mins. Put in veggies and cook another 45 mins or so.
Not pretty but yummy.

Kiwi Roast lamb (my girls favorite)... first real meal I've had in a week (been sick with the Man-flu) that's my thumb in the pic (not me dick)...so don't worry luv

Fair point there, Charles; why is KT eating out of the dog's bowl - come home too late?![]()
Had to buy a new rice cooker first that cost 800 baht, the fridge needs replacing that's 14 year's old but our trusty dinner service is good for a few more year's.![]()
Due to the need for a new dinner service, financial restrictions have been implemented.
