Whipped this up tonight. Ham hock, pig knuckle or whatever ya want to call it.
Easy. Few pig knuckles from local market. Cheap as chips.
Rub meat with garlic, rosemary and oil. Then rub with salt. Oven 190C for about 90 mins. Put in veggies and cook another 45 mins or so.

Had to buy a new rice cooker first that cost 800 baht, the fridge needs replacing that's 14 year's old but our trusty dinner service is good for a few more year's. :)
