Its easy to layer and do a lasagna. I usually have spaghetti sauce pre made in the freezer, so after defrosting its just a 45 minute job including the baking.

Ingredients, whipped up a cheesy bechamel as well.

    Layer it.

Out of the oven and browned just a bit.

Plated but I should have let it rest longer.....

Picture of where we ate dinner tonight for 3, crab curry, oysters, sour pork, deep fried fish. Rice, 4 beer's, melon juice 1200 baht. We have 3 restaurants within 400 meters of our home all very good other 2 much cheaper than this one.

Fascists dress in black and go around telling people what to do, whereas priests... more drink!

It's okay Nig got Boots sunscreen with mozzie repellant, no bites last night. But they are pretty active at the moment.

That Boots stuff is rather good. I used it on numerous forays to far lands. Hardly any mozzy bites.

Egg, beans and chips - lovely.
    Sirloin Steak - lovely.

Egg, beans and chips and sirloin steak together? I'm not so sure about that!

Those potatoes came out off our garden.

They may appear to look processed because off our crinkly slicer.

    They tasted eggstremely good

I was at a loss as what to do with this Octopus...

It was started to stink the fridge out so i gave it a good rinse in cold water.

    Round 3

It came to life in the frying pan! I had to kill it with copious amounts of salt and pepper, the finished product....Withnail would...

Tasted like rubber so i gave it the dog. It's still in his bowl and cracked on with another Sirloin steak

And five more for purchasing sea food encased in plastic sitting on the shelf for an undetermined period...

    Very Farang.
    Pathetic.
