    This morning she mentioned mincemeat, egg and YouTube, so I thought hamburgers.

    Here we are,, the roast pork re-visits the table , with freshly cooked steamed veg and re-heated gravy left over from last night ,, its all gone a bit Pete Tong in the microwave ,, too thin for me

    Looks like a satisfactory plate of grub Nigel. Nice little scattering of broad beans in amongst the spuds.

    After a weekend grazing on my mate Abdul's fare up the local kebab shop, we're back on the good stuff.

    Prawn omelette, spinach (one entire pack of) and some rice.

    Did the trick.

    Spud dug from the earth today, 2 mins on nuke then sliced twice underneath to let the Red Leicester melt in then two slices in the top. Cheesy spud.

    Got a good deal on the Red Leicester 1/2 kg for 2 quid, load on the whey protein

    I am still making mine even after the kids are long gone.

    Bacon wrapped meatloaf, I use half pork half beer, bells, onion, garlic, cajun spice and salt and pepper.



    Served up with some mash, gravy, and sweet corn.



    Surely a nice budget meal.
