What would you know about class, Jeff?

I've got the stuff to make crab stuffed shrimp. I'm thinking of wrapping them in bacon as I'm usually of the mindset that everything is better with bacon.

However, I'm worried that the bacon would overpower the taste of the crab and shrimp and might be better as bacon bits added as a topping after cooking.

Had a visit from Mr and Mrs Dillinger and child today.
