Few more minutes cooking time for me, but different people have different tastes.

I always order medium rare in Indonesia. They invariablely reply with medium well, and I say no, rare. I want it medium rare and I usually end up with a steak somewhere between rare and medium. This one was ok being that colour, but other times I have been less than impressed.
