Viagra and crack both help with the process.

Zap it on one side and then Zap it on the other. A bit longer for not having blood coming out of it. Let it rest.

Few more minutes cooking time for me, but different people have different tastes.
I always order medium rare in Indonesia. They invariablely reply with medium well, and I say no, rare. I want it medium rare and I usually end up with a steak somewhere between rare and medium. This one was ok being that colour, but other times I have been less than impressed.

    Looks almost "med", don't it?

Yet, only one of those lovely foods is even remotely native to the beloved region.

Sorry, Pats. It looks monochromatic. Doesn't help that I hate olives and celery with a passion and I could quite happily live without fish or avocado. So, a plate of chickpeas for me, please
