    I fried up some chips and seasoned them with chili and cumin and sri racha chili sauce.
    Then I dumped a can of tuna and some chopped onion on top.
    This was followed by some cheese and black pepper.
    This went into the microwave for a minute until the cheese melted and I topped it with sour cream and more chili flakes.

    Tomorrow, I shall either patent this or wake in a pool of my own vomit.
    I'll spare you the pic.

    Pizza tonight. Make Me Wine on the Lam Luk Kah road is pretty damn good for Rangsit. Great steaks,too.

    English kidneys + shallots + mushrooms cooked in gravy for my dinner tonight , complimented with courgette,s , carrots , one small potato , broccoli , cauliflower

    Kidneys £1 total cost of all veg was about 50p as all reduced price and I have plenty more left for other meals say 50p for gas and gravy

    All in all a cheap wholesome filling tasty meal for around £2




    I'm proud of my 38" waist , also proud I have never done drugs

    Chas I did have some steak in the freezer to go with my kidney , but ( someone ) had been in the freezer on her day off in the week and stir fried it with rice for breakfast + lunch ,,,,,,,,,, apparently it was saaaaaaap
