One kid is now home from Berkeley for the summer. She asked for a rib meal with the trimmings. Sadly I could not find a rack of ribs at Tops or Foodland so I went with singles. Served with Cajun potato salad, pinto beans and garlic bread. I went with the big St. Louis style ribs. It was enjoyed.
