Green owed for that as it looks fantastic. So here goes Saturday nights dinner. Not trying to outdo anyone as that plate of food is to me supper yummy and is a perfect summer dinner.
That said I hit the local place that does prime rib on Friday and Saturday nights. 12oz with Yukon gold potatoes, asparagus and carrots. Served up medium rare of course. :)
