A team of layabouts. But the golf game must be outrageously good. And they ‘ll get back to UK with a lovely beach side tan.

More culinary cuisine from Hells Kitchen this evening.

A trial run Xmas roast dinner..

Ok then, what have I missed of the plate that should in your experience be on a Christmas dinner???

    Dinner-20251208_164413-jpg

It was OK, maybe I'm still off my food with this lurgy.

Might get a leg of lamb for Xmas this year instead of the traditional Turkey.

Mate, I have absolutely no idea why you're not finding much of an appetite for your own cooking.

*Doesn't look three bad actually, and I love a good parsnip. Maybe add a yorkie, some stuffing and pigs in blankets?

    One a year, it's traditional.

Top tip - You can call it a baby cabbage, cover it in gravy and swallow it whole then the traditional deed is done .

That's cos you're overboiling them into a much not deep frying them crispy enough.

Get a box of Ferrero Roche and eat the lot.

    Keep the wrappers and box.

Cover the Sprouts in melted chocolate.

    Re wrap and box.

    Give to Hal for Christmas.

Imagine that sour look on his face as he chomps down on the second one, because the first didn't register on Boxing day watching the oil rich Magpies rip the back end out of the Stretford End faithful

    It's the thought that counts!

I've deep fried ferrero roches before, they weren't very good.

Battered cream eggs are where it's at.

    Good idea.

I was gifted a whole roast chicken frozen by Lilliputian Lao Lady.

So that is my fake Christmas turkey dinner sorted.
