Yeah, the tories were soo much better with money.

Felt like all day cooking so slow ribs. Sides were Cajun potato salad, some garlic bread and home made pinto beans with Dixie sausage. Wife had bought some beer Lao IPA's so it all went down well.

I found a bag of mackerel fillets at the bottom of the freezer yesterday morning, defrosted and fried up a few and spent all day planning on inventing mackerel kedgeree for dinner.



But when it came to it... bollox to that.

I dug out a Korat Chef chicken and mushroom pie from the freezer instead.



Eaten standing up to save setting the table.

In fact, I put the chips on too late and by the time they were ready, the pie was a bit singed.
