Looks good, I keep meaning to make some corned beef. I used to make pastrami quite often and it was better than anything I got in the shops, which was probably reflective of the cost that went in.

Everyone should give pastrami a go.

One of my favorites, done exactly the way I like it. with cabbage and potatoes.
I can eat it all day with a nice Dijon mustard. The Remainer sandwiches ,and corned beef breakfast with eggs and home fries.

Sandwiches for sure! I just may have to do a corned beef hash in the morning.

Aussie Ribeye for me last night.

Fried in garlic butter, of course, onions fried later and served with 2 eggs because I was test driving my new frying pan.

I don't need the sauce because it's all fried in garlic butter.

As for veggies, all I have is this wee red onions and we're confined to the house with covid. I would normally add mushrooms.

Could this really be the same controversial cafe? I popped to the ladies to wash my hands and found it freshly painted, a spotless sink, delightful hand soap and a large framed photograph of Mother Teresa bearing the words “Always wash your minge”.
