Yep, and bring them to room temp before they go in the pan with a little olive oil as well would be the added tip for new players who don't want exploding snags![]()
Was very happy with these Irish sausages (there must be a gag in there somewhere aimed at our resident pikey public servant doing a life sentence in Naklua) and I'll definitely buy some more. I still rate Manston Epicure Breakfast Sausages as the best mass-produced banger I know of here, but these were still very good.
