Yep, and bring them to room temp before they go in the pan with a little olive oil as well would be the added tip for new players who don't want exploding snags

Was very happy with these Irish sausages (there must be a gag in there somewhere aimed at our resident pikey public servant doing a life sentence in Naklua ) and I'll definitely buy some more. I still rate Manston Epicure Breakfast Sausages as the best mass-produced banger I know of here, but these were still very good.

    simple lazy wrap

Finely chopped onion done in the bacon fat, then removed.

Egg done in the remaining oniony bacon fat.

Smokey BBQ sauce and the onions added.

    No frills tastiness.

You'r3 missing out mate...Proper Irish sausages, without that chewy inedible skin that most locally made sausages I tried in Pattaya had.

Make sure you get the thick and not the skinless ones.

They go great from frozen in the airfryer

I personally like 5hem that much, they are what I buy here in UK.

In fact I'm gonna have some right now

I tried your airfryer bacon the other day.

    Came out nice...and so easy.

I've just become acquainted with our airfryer now the wife's out grafting.

Was surprised to see how many things it can knock up. I could have put my wings in there

Gotta be the best kitchen gadget ever

Had a bash at your Air fried bacon the other day, HW.

Was pretty good, especially for the simplicity.

They've got the skins sorted now, they're using imported casings these days at places like Prime and Manstons. Finally..

They're brilliant for bacon! I couldn't believe how much oil was in the bottom of the tray after using mine for bacon the first time, it's much better in there than spitting and splashing all over the fucking stove-top and kitchen floor though!

Agreed, the only possible exception being the Class B fire extinguisher in Chitty's kitchen

I found some smoked haddock in the freezer so I knocked it up with some milk, butter and cream cheese then added onions, garlic, whole grain mustard and S&P.
