Haven't had a fried breakfast in around 2 weeks.

Cornflakes or muesli with sliced banana and blueberries before head out for exercise.

Snub they are possibly the worst Sausages you could buy, they should be done under the trades descriptions act in the UK. Sloanes quality bacon though so why not get some weiners Dill?.

Give it another week or two. I live on Greek yoghurt and berries for breakfast normally too.

Substitute your beloved rashers with a hearty pork belly fry up.

I worked out there were around 900 calories in that. That's a 16km fuckin walk. Back to berries tomorrow
