He'll probably show up in an ASEAN country soon.
The PI family may have lost their meal ticket along with (RIP) their daughter (born in a man's body).

If he's an intelligent MSM f*ckwad then he'll go back to Germany for a month and lie low looking at porn sites while researching for luv-in-all-the-right-places before booking travel back to SEAsia. Pity paying winter fares. Watch out Nana.

The Chief of Staff of the Philippine Army today commended the Filipino Technical Sergeant who was on guard at the Pemberton detention compound for showing "admirable professionalism and restraint" when assaulted by the Kraut faggot during the fence climbing incident organized by the showboating scum lawyer Roque.

I agree. The Filipino Sergeant is built like a small tank, and would have been totally within the law in beating the crap out of the Kraut. "Professionalism and restraint" indeed. Especially since the scumbag lawyer and bottom-feeding press parasites were just praying that the Sergeant would kick the shit out of the fag for the cameras.

    Well done, Sergeant.

Wonder how it would have played out had it been a Royal Thai Army compound he had broken into, and a senior Thai Sergeant he pushed out of his way, with the accompanying loss of face for the Sergeant?

Quiet Sunday. The Armed Forces of the Philippines "has accepted" the Kraut's apology, but still is pushing to have him declared an undesirable alien so that he can never reenter the country.

Translated I think that means they couldn't push through the deortation paperwork prior to his scheduled departure today, so are moving to block his reentry, which has the same end result as deportation.

Preliminary hearing resumes tomorrow. Will Pemberton attend? I think so.

The Kraut leaves this afternoon. In what I think is a very bad move, the showboating lawyer has orchestrated a press conference for the Kraut at the airport. More circus theatrics.

I'm sure Herr Fag will also use the opportunity to once again apologize for his actions, but I think it would have been much smarter to try to have him quietly fade away.

But this lawyer is about nothing other than press for himself and damn the clients.

It will be interesting to see what the Bureau of Immigration does at the airport.

Interesting twist. Kraut is at the airport for a 6:30 PM flight out. And for his press conference.

Bureau of Immigration struck first, advising that charges of "undesirability" had been filed against the Kraut, that he was now on a BI watchlist, that he will not be arrested and will be provided with a copy of the charge sheet, and that since he has charges against him pending, he will not be allowed to leave the country.

Hope our accountant Kraut has an understanding boss when he fails to show up for work.

^I think that Immigration and Justice are just making sure they do it strictly "by the book".

Charges have been filed against him, and he will have to go to court to answer these charges in a formal deportation hearing.

Since, thanks to the showboat lawyer, there is tons of TV footage showing Herr Kraut breaking into the army facility and assaulting the Filipino guard, the outcome of the hearing is pretty much not in question.

At that point, he will formally be found to be an undesirable alien, and formally deported - banned forever.

Brilliant. Looks like the Bakla Blurter loving boxhead is well and truly up a ducks ass. Correct me if im wrong davis but if BI has him on a watchlist is this the same as being put on international hold, I.E the case against him could drag on as long as they want it to?

^^I presume that to be the case. He must attend a formal deportation hearing to face the charges against him.

Depending on how pissed off BI is at the showboat lawyer, who this morning said "BI can't do anything...he's leaving tonight", I reckon arranging for the formal deportation hearing could take.......a while.

^^Rebbu: Yep. That's the video that will hang him.

Meanwhile at the airport, he's been provided with a copy of the charge sheet, and told to report to the BI's Legal Department on Monday (tomorrow).

Hope he's got a bunch of ready cash for Manila hotel rooms - it's a long, long commute back and forth to Olongapo.

    Who is "BI"?

If they have charged him, why not detain him as well?

    BI is Bureau of Immigration.

Not sure why he's not detained - probably because he hasn't had a hearing yet. If found at the hearing to be an undesirable alien, they might detain him at that point pending deportation.

The lawyer is seven kinds of scum, and of course will make him out to be the victim. Just more air time for this kunt of a fat fuck lawyer.

In the end, the video Rebbu posted will put a kaput sign on the squarehead.

And the hits just keep on coming......................................

When stopped by Immigration from departing, the Kraut "fainted".

He was rushed to Makati Medical Center by ambulance,

Sorted out where to sleep tonight. Hope he's got medical insurance.....

Olongapo City – Private First Class Joseph Scott Pemberton of the US Marines was a no-show yesterday at the preliminary investigation on the death of Jeffrey “Jennifer” Laude.

Instead, lawyer Rowena Garcia of the Angara Abello Concepcion Regala & Cruz Law firm (ACCRALAW), showed up before the prosecution panel, headed by City Prosecutor Emilie Fe Delos Santos, to represent Pemberton. Representatives from the US Marine Corps Judge Advocate General were also present.

Without Pemberton, the prosecution panel urged Garcia to ensure that her client appears in the next preliminary hearing set for October 27.
“The attendance of your Marine will show good example on the relationship of the Philippines and the US,” Delos Santos told Pemberton’s lawyers. “I don’t take anymore arguments.”

Above identifies Pemberton’s Philippine legal defense team (note that the Corps JAG was also present), from Pemberton a no-show at Laude slay preliminary investigation | Manila Bulletin | Latest Breaking News | News Philippines

Concerning the families lawyer, Typical showboat clown lawyer operating on the "any news is good news" platform to forward his own agenda, I'm certain he's not collecting a cent from the family, more than likely he is funding everything (with special interest anti-VFA funds). My two cents - again, I'm usually wrong.

May this all come to a fair and swift conclusion with a reasonable sentence.

The JAG is an observer only.

The family lawyer is collecting no money from the family - they have none. He's funding it, and I believe several special interest groups are also kicking in - but that's just an educated guess.

Staged theatrics at its best - dealing with professionals here.

Davis, is there any real support for the plaintiffs platform?

seems to be a bit of selective modding going on here? What's that all about? As for those Tagalog soaps the kraut could probably make a good living starring in them. Couldn't be any worse than that Mari Mar soapy that used to run on the telly,

^^Filipinos with whom I have spoken over the past days, from maids to the retired Generals who live down the street, believe that Pemberton killed him for reasons as yet unknown. If so, they believe he should pay, as do I.

There is disgust for the family lawyer's antics - across the board.

They want the Kraut gone - forever - but view him as a distracting sideshow.

There is far less sympathy for the family, or the dead guy, than I would have expected.

In general, their views are very similar to mine.

Regarding the fence climbing/assault incident, they believe the Sergeant acted with great restraint, as do I.

They applaud the Kraut being detained and charged, but want him gone soonest, as do I.

I don't think it was modding - there would be no reason. I tried to quote a post and edit about the same time, and mine got eaten and I had to repost. For example, I hit 'quote' on my response to Bowie's post above, and it didn't come through.
