Wonder about the chances of that?...Still say "the Kraut" might have a shot at misrepresentation...If he didn't faint first, of course...Originally Posted by Davis Knowlton

Don't know about the chances of the lawyer being disbarred. The Bar is usually protective of their own - in any country. But, social media is consistently registering almost total disgust with this lawyer, and his antics. Who knows - censure perhaps?
Look for more lawyer antics at the airport departure lounge press conference in a few hours. I can't believe the Kraut is sooooooooooo fucking stupid that he doesn't just STFU, leave, and then try for compassionate reentry at a later date - if he's not 'married' to Somchai of Pattaya by then. More airport theatrics can only hurt his chances of ever entering this country again.
Nothing much at the airport. Slime lawyer Roque wasn't there (long holiday weekend here). Female lawyer from same firm stated they would file to have Herr Kraut readmitted, blah, blah, blah.
Kraut was escorted by police and, since there was but one parking lot photo, my guess would be that the cops whisked him through to a restricted departure area before it could turn into a media event.
In his parking lot interview, Herr Kraut said he plans to return on March 13th, the day he and Jeff Laude were to be "married".
An Immigration spokesman said, "Good luck with that. Once a person is on the blacklist and has been deported, he can't even submit an appeal for five years".
One headline summed it up: "He's finally gone!"

It started raining as Herr Kraut's flight took off for The Fatherland.
Mega-scum slimeball lawyer Roque tweeted, "As Marc left, it started to rain. In my heart, I believe it was "Jennifer's" tears".
I will be posting no more today.
I will be hugging the toilet being violently ill.
Jesus Christ or soos na lang as the flips say.Is there nothing the scumbag won't stoop to? Jennifer's tears eh, in my heart I believe it is the wet season

Absolutely nothing on any of the Filipino blogs or news sites today.
Nice.
I imagine the quiet before the storm. I think the defense would be wise to surface Pemberton soon, just to convince the mob he is actually here. I also think turning over any DNA or fingerprint evidence would be a smart move to quiet the prosecution - they're going to have to turn it over eventually in any case.
Late breaking news:
The US has cancelled 9 port call visits to Olongapo that were scheduled for November and December. Hundreds of thousands of shore leave dollars gone.
The most vocal women's group in Olongapo expressed their satisfaction that the prostitutes of Olongapo would not be "exploited" by US servicemen.
They are organizing a series of workshops to teach the hookers how to make local handicrafts, such as shell necklaces, to sell.
The whores expressed their delight at the chance to earn up to $3 a day from their new-found skills, rather than $100 a day for drinking, dancing and fucking.
The Armed Forces of the Philippines has filed a disbarment case against slime lawyer Roque before the Philippine Bar Association.
And the rights groups demanding an apology from the Palace for the Prez not attending the wake.....
To which they replied "we don't do dead tranny hookers" or some such..
Let's do the math. 100/3 = 33:1 ratio, obviously a small price to pay to avoid being defiled. Do realize the hookers working careers are short lived, whereas making shell necklaces is an opportunity that will provide for you over a lifetime.
Well, at least until the debilitation of arthritis sets in.
Money is the root of all - shore leave dollars are to blame for all ills plaguing the PI. So, the cancellation of the port-of-call(s) is truly a win-win situation for all involved. The servicemen can bank their hard-earned cash and the hookers can keep their honor.
Chess game - hit 'em where it hurts. KO the old pocketbook. Another chess move was a veiled threat a couple days post Pemberton, when the US Ambassador to the PI spoke concerning the VFA stating that it was only the VFA that allowed the US to respond so quickly and provide relief for super typhoon Haiyan Yolanda.
9 cancelled port calls. Wow that's some serious greenbacks that won't be getting distributed. I spent a lot of time around Angeles and olongapo during the base occupation and can only conclude that with the amount of permanently stationed (station ditto) servicemen and dependants plus the TDY( tempory duty) I saw first hand how much of that wealth got distributed, and I'm not just talkin about the whores, everyone got a slice, pick pockets included, That damn Volcano sure fucked up a good thing, personally I think it would be a Damn shame to let something like a young dumb and full of cum GI who happened to find out his date was actually a Bakla fuck the VFA up, sadly the scumbag lawyer Roque had his own agenda, as do many others.
^^I very, very seriously doubt that the VFA is at risk.
The US cancelled the routine port calls for the next two months simply not to provide additional ammunition to the anti-VFA forces prior to the trial getting underway.
For every screaming, placard-waving, US-hating protestor, there are hundreds of others who see a continued US-Philippines cooperation as a good thing.
Don't be misled by staged photos outside the Embassy or elsewhere - the "mob" is about 30 people - the same ones every day at the site of the day. They are professional activists, funded by Gabriela or a variety of Communist organizations.
Yep, the flips aren't that daft. The VFA will kick on for sure, with such a diverse population bound to be some shit stirrers
Let me set you straight ! Most poor people do not become prostitutes, nor have any ambition to do so despite the 'easy money' on offer.
One reason for that is that it isn't 'easy money',
And this quote...
"The whores expressed their delight at the chance to earn up to $3 a day from their new-found skills, rather than $100 a day for drinking, dancing and fucking."
..is the kind of quote from someone who may have enjoyed the services of prostitutes, without ever having thought too much about the perspective of the owner of the orifice.
Neverna, solid sarcasm. I'm ex-navy, nothing but the best wishes for all of the PI and the Filipino people. Many, many Filipinos married to US Servicemen and serving in the US military (many personal friends of mine). This virtually guarantees a pro US-Philippines relationship regardless of the uhm "rabble-rousers" working to the contrary.Originally Posted by Neverna
But, in the chess game of politics, the US is telling the Filipino government to get control of its people, or, "It Will Cost You".

The ones who are living in casas and are being trafficked, don't. But they aren't earning $100 a day - their chicos are, the men that profit from the sex busness. Their not making money from the Fleet is immaterial.
