I would go so far as to say that you were looking in a mirror when you typed that comment.

This thread has been kicked all over the place and the thread title isn't what it started out being. I would like to hear Backspins comments on these allegations.

It's almost as though you, KW and a couple of others are provided with the same songbook. You differ nothing in your political opinions and to be honest non of you guys are real powerhouse intellectuals in the field of political thought. You are constantly accusing others with parroting certain news media when it's exactly what you yourselves do. Frankly you and the others sound like idiots, something you're always obsessing about with other posters. If any of you have any intellectual prowess I have yet to see it.

There was a very wonderful poster when I recently connected back up with the forum, jabir. He always had interesting things to say and presented himself like a gentleman, a damn rare thing to see nowadays. You fellas made posting an experience he no longer enjoyed here. I'm guessing there have been dozens of people with the same story. You fellas are fairly prolific posters, just you Snubs and KW alone burn up vast amount of air time. But are your contributions enough to ensure the forum future,I think bloody not. So there will come a day, perhaps not too long in the future when the administration will have to pull the plugs on you provided you don't change your behaviour.

It's something I would do in an eye blink.

    So, keeping it civil snubs.

I would now invite you to fvck yourself.

After all, the independent MSM have no connection to govt, do they? (BTW, is it the govt, who runs the show?)

How wonderful that we have here such unbiased observer... (But please do not show him anything coming from Russian state media, they do not belong to the "countless independent sources", do they?)

Here something from the first hand:

Putin vows Russia will always uphold its spiritual and moral values

Spiritual and moral values, which some countries are forgetting about, have made Russia stronger, Putin said

MOSCOW, April 21. /TASS/. Spiritual and moral values, which some countries are beginning to forget about, only make the Russian people stronger, Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Wednesday in his annual State of the Nation Address to the Federal Assembly.

He noted that throughout history, the people of Russia had triumphed over their trials and tribulations thanks to their unity.

"And today, family, friendship, mutual assistance, and compassion have come to the fore for us. Spiritual and moral values, which some countries are forgetting about, have, on the contrary, made us stronger, and we will always uphold and protect these values," Putin pledged.

He noted that, during the pandemic, the solidarity of Russia’s residents had manifested itself in specific deeds, such as taking care of loved ones, and people's willingness to help those in need. Millions of people became volunteers, and the We Are Together national campaign has brought together individuals from all walks of life, the Russian president noted.

Putin added that the service of representatives of traditional religions had become "the spiritual backbone of society, as it always was in difficult times." That said, the head of state addressed the clergy present in the hall, "I would like to take a deep bow before you all. Thank you very much."

Firstly you are no judge of forum members post links from state sponsored media all the time, Sabang just reverenced Sputnik news tonight.

They are the ones who are indoctrinated, and yet they hypocritically try to accuse others falsely of the same behavior. It is utterly laughable. You will not see me quoting any state sponsored media especially not one with Moscow propping it up.

Actually, any nation (country) would be happy to hear this:
Spiritual and moral values, which some countries are beginning to forget about, only make the Russian people stronger"

"the people of Russia had triumphed over their trials and tribulations thanks to their unity.

"And today, family, friendship, mutual assistance, and compassion have come to the fore for us. Spiritual and moral values, which some countries are forgetting about, have, on the contrary, made us stronger, and we will always uphold and protect these values,"
Something like this you (or your ancestors) heard from Hitler? Or did you hear something similar from another leader?

In fact, what A.H. said - perhaps you might know that - is this:
"All this was inspired by the principle -- which is quite true within itself -- that in the big lie there is always a certain force of credibility; because the broad masses of a nation are always more easily corrupted in the deeper strata of their emotional nature than consciously or voluntarily; and thus in the primitive simplicity of their minds they more readily fall victims to the big lie than the small lie, since they themselves often tell small lies in little matters but would be ashamed to resort to large-scale falsehoods."

How much free will was (and still has been now) of the states (of former Soviet Bloc) joining after 1999? About that would be a big discussion...(Da scheiden sich die Geister...)

And similarly as the poor Ghaddafi spoke once in UN whilst theatrically tearing the Charter of UN since long time just a useless piece of paper (what was his death warrant), what is nowadays the Charter of NATO?

    Article 1
The Parties undertake, as set forth in the Charter of the United Nations, to settle any international dispute in which they may be involved by peaceful means in such a manner that international peace and security and justice are not endangered, and to refrain in their international relations from the threat or use of force in any manner inconsistent with the purposes of the United Nations. The point is, in spite of top level assurances made by the US government following the peaceful dissolution of the USSR, Nato has done nothing but expand towards the Russian border since. Furthermore it is well known that the US was a sponsor of the violent Maidan revolution, which overthrew democratic Ukraine, and led to the secession of Crimea and the current state of low grade war in the self declared autonomous republics in the east of what was once Ukraine.

Yet all we seem to get shoved down our throats by western governments and their dutiful propaganda outlets is "Russian aggression". Go figure.

We all know what Nazi Germany did to Europe. Yet amazingly only 45 years later they (Europe) all want to join the same organization of their former enemy. They would have joined even earlier if the U.S.S.R. would have just collapsed earlier.
    Now go figure that

Jawohl. What the Germans did to Europe - nowadays we are often learning that were Nazis, not really Germans, Nazis from the Naziland - that was not so bad as what the Russians have been doing to Europe and the whole world, wasn't it?

Actually, the idea was already somehow before Munich treaty, they (the Nazis) could do more. Then just sitting back on the islands and awaiting the results from Stalingrad...

Call them Nazis, Nazi Gerrmany, or just Germans. Fact is that they rather join their former enemy then the Russians.

    Actually, I do not wonder...
E.g., the big liberator, gen. Patton was also more interested in partying with the captured enemies after the WW2 instead of caring for the miserable prisoners from liberated KZ camps in Bavaria, for that he was reprimanded by Eisenhower. And he did not make any secret from his intention to carry on the victorious move further eastwards. At the end of the day, there come some circumstances across, so his idea hadn't materialized.

Besides, there were also others who had that noble idea, never heard of "Operation Unthinkable"?

That is not why he was reprimanded by Eisenhower. You are a bot and an idiot.
