There, in a nutshell, is one of the problems, having a pretty obvious solution, which doesn't involve Brexit. Indeed the problem will still exist even if the UK were to leave the EU. Perhaps forcing the UK to adhere to the EU social and working policies would be a wiser move to protect the workforce?

The additional rules and legalities that are forcing small business ventures out of existence is true but not solely caused by the EU. Indeed, additional UK laws, outside EU directives, forced many to leave for Europe in the late 90's. I believe I am currently the victim of a mixture of UK, EU and US laws...and no, I am not a professional bank robber despite what others may tell you.
