Anyone else going to do Six Week Songkran Six Pack Super Sesh?![]()
Well done on losing 10 pounds by purging.
How long will the binge last? Or do you rex it's finished already?
Well I thought I would "douche up" the thread with some Edtard type stuff for some laughs. No greens and "attaboys" required.
Little clip of my steps "Sesh"
By 2pm, I had well over 13k steps, 220 minutes of activity and burned 1781 calories as reported by the watch and app.
Then I had another busy "Sesh" popup around the place with some hole digging and some plants move. I didn't start an exercise tracker but the watch notices when I am active and after 10 minutes, starts recording. So add 10 minutes to that duration. Nice little cardio activity.
Winding down the work "Sesh".
As I am updating this, I am at 19,238 steps and 297 mins of activity. Pretty typical type day but I do not feel the need to update people every day in 2 or 3 threads.![]()
Trolling or just retarded?
I've posted my food on here, no way am I purging and the only binge I've had is on some heart chocolates my lover gave me plus some extra pita bread/wraps.
It is so hard for you and others to see that I am actually getting somewhere a different way than you may be.
You guys really are ignorant.
Anyway enjoy without me, going to focus on myself and more positivity people around me.
I don't think it will be all that expensive to convert to salt. If your original set up.is already old then your probably doing yourself a favour in upgrading. Basicly your pump should stay the same if it's been doing a good job all these years but you will need a salt chlorinated and maybe a bit of plumbing adjustments. The chlorinater( salt will be about $2000 a few other bits and bobs you can convert your pool I'm guessing for about $ 3500 I've seen your pool in threads it's way bigger than mine but I found the salt water set up really easy and way nicer than straight chlorine. .
Mendys lost 10 Ibs in sweat just reading that last post BLD.
$3,500 for a salt water pump/ pool conversion, I reckon he'll grin and bear the pain.
Well done MM!
5 kilos is a big weight reduction, does it not make you feel light headed achieving it so quickly?
Sleep is key also shen it comes to a healthy New Year, a subject that's not been touched on yet.
10 hours last night, only woke up once for a piss.
A nice healthy 2 egg omelette..
Followed by some serious cardio.
93 kg
Shalom
It's called Edtardin
I've "lost "about 200 pounds.
My bank account was crying after an unscheduled eight pint Monday and a trendy double burger attack with extra cheese and bacon recently.
As for weight, the weekend is approaching and I fancy ordering a curry. Maybe more than 1 with a couple of naan breads and a few starters.
I'll put a few more yards in in the gym tomorrow in that case and will do the same on Sunday. Extra calories burnt to make up for the extra coming in.
Like people have been saying just a few thousand times on here...
Spare a thought for Mendy, it's all he's had time to pack for his trip to the Outer Hebrides![]()
