    ^ It's Sunday innit.

The step counter started, I would guess...... 2 minutes 36 seconds, and ohhhhh..... maybe 0.17 km before that.

Hello Strangers! 18,000 views eh.. wow!

Good to see some of you keeping the thread up..healthy or not or BS-ing or such.

I've been super busy with my new job. I am teaching primary/Int music and Grade 6 Math and English.. always work to do.

I was doing really well on the health kick.. up till Fri. that passed and I ate a bit of junk food after a stressful week. I am back on track now, and down 10 pounds after 1 month. My pants are looser and also doing about 6000 steps just at school, also doing some hot yoga, swimming and walking outside for exercise. Need to get back into weights and get into the weight room soon.

Hi Katie, welcome back.. sorry didn't answer you before, but music wise, I play the guitar, violin, trumpet and some piano. Hope all is well with you!

Nice to know you’re not cussing Kate here as you’ve done on two other Thai related forums.

    10am.

Time to put on the watch, start loosening up and prepping for a 10:30am gym sesh.

There are apparently 18 steps from the exercise room to the stove.

Tuesday means 2 healthy mid-week regimes.

    1. Fresh pot of herbal tea.

    2. Afternoon 4 hands warm oil massage.

    Stay healthy, people.

I see a lot of people made this into a joke thread, but fuck you guys, this is a journey I decided to take and it is paying off. So, you can pollute this thread, and you know who you are, but I will just keep on keeping on. See you in a long while.

I wouldn't neglect the humble pea, that would be TD sacrilege!

Tonights healthy dinner will include a pea or two just to appease the majority.

Tonights concoction is a hybrid of a casserole and a Cottage pie, interesting times.

You need to work on wrist gains because that watch looks out of proportion, maybe try it on your right wrist

Many a good tune played on an old fiddle.

Do you write your own music as well?

I always found the technique of playing a trumpet difficult, it's that consistency of the constant raspberry action.

He needs to see a doctor. He has walked only 18 steps and his heart rate is 93 already!
