    New wheel fitted after around a week off, and a lil 30km-er to break her in.





    Light n easy morning sesh.

    A weet-bix, milk and sliced banana are a great bit of morning fuel before a pedal.

    Unjustified? Ive been nothing but supportive of people on this thread, asking for the same isnt much to ask, but hence, put downs, insults is par for the course on this forum.
    I just decided not to be part of it for awhile.

    Stopped off to pickup a yummy Nampueng Manao Sodaaa from a lovely young women. Got on great, had a good laugh and exchanged Lines. Being a fit, healthy, happy, smiley Thai speaker really opens up doors here, it's hard to fathom why some here get themselves all worked up, agitated and frustrated.

    Waddled back to the villa with a whistle.






    A nice lil 8.5 km stroll.

    Another important part of health is havin' the ol' chassis oiled and kneaded a few times a week.




    Either a post oiling Muay Thai sesh with the boys or gym sesh at 2pm.

    Chill. Evening parklife with Edith and Edweena in the evening.

    A lovely healthy Fri-Yay.

    I'm also out for a sesh with the boys this afternoon. Just slightly unhealthier. Still, the walk from the BTS should help.

    A lovely easy 30km morning ride to see out riding season.







    Upper body gym in the afternoon.


    Edith's starting a new project that has later starts, so new regime is for single-sesh days, 8:45am starts.

    Mon: 5 minutes running, lower abs, triceps, delts, upper abs, pecs. 6 Sets.
    Tuesday: 5 minutes running, lower abs, traps, biceps, upper abs, pecs. 6 sets.
    Wednesday: 10 minutes running. Lower and Upper abs. 6 sets.
    Thursday: 5 minutes running, lower abs, triceps, delts, upper abs, pecs. 6 Sets.
    Friday: 5 minutes running, lower abs, traps, biceps, upper abs, pecs. 6 sets.
    Saturday: 5 minutes running, lower abs, triceps, delts, upper abs, pecs. 6 Sets.
    Sunday: 1 hour rest. 24 sets.

    Weetabix with protein powder, sliced banana and cinnamon is great before the morning sesh, with a protein shake after. 60 grams of protein before lunch.


    The equiv of 2 chicken breasts, 3 cups of yucky tofu, or 10 eggs.

    Tofu is quite good, give it a chance.. plant based protein, yum yum! I like it in stirfries, the extra firm one. Also on top of salads!
    Diet is going so so, really, I've been so focused on work, that I have slacked on the diet and exercise over the past few weeks... gotta get back on track for sure.
