Homemade spag bol, long homemade ginger and lemongrass teas over ice. Superb.

Yup, that pointless bollocks about scooters with 8,000 mirrors on them and silly tits in parkas isn't going to c+p itself.

Post-weekend, pre-Monday breakfast 5km amble among the herd of lovely lycra clad buttocks.

You start your morning runs after 8am, Eddo? That's late for Thailand. I like to start when it's still dark and be finished well before 7am. It's a bit warm most of the year for an 8am start.

Did someone on here mention that these badboys are pretty much the same as the Royal-D Electrolyte powder (and similar brands), but without the sugar sweetener crap?

    Thanks for the photo
I am sure I've seen em, do they sell in 7-11 or pharmacy /online? , how do you use them for warm down after exercise.

Unlike some I no longer have a stable of International fillies grazing on the Gold Coast to drain my sap in the finest fashion but do get dehydrated after even a bit of shopping , cycling or gardening in the sun, try to do it after 5pm so can enjoy a sundowner after my shower.

I used powdered electrolyte drinks a long time ago. A useful way to hydrate rapidly after increased alcohol consumption.

These days drinking water is enough, even in tropical humidity.

^ Yeah, those are actually sold for rehydration after a case of the trots. Pretty much all the stuff in the elctrolyte powders, minus the sugars and sweeteners.

The rehydration solutions are always short on Mg cf actual electrolytes for runners and outdoor gym bunnies.

I use LMNT electrolytes, they are the best!

I am not sure if you can get them in Thailand.

    Thank you.

    Informative. Fascinating. Excellently penned.

Have you considered moving into professional public speaking or working with sport teams on a professional basis?
