God only what kind of bacterial or fungal organisms have been mutating and evolving in your bin juice, perhaps even gradually achieving consciousness and insinuating themselves into your body through your feet.

The prospect of how they may affect your already bent posting style is more horrifying than the possibility of the mould from Rural Surin's kitchen tiles having taken over his brain.

Did the family believe in primogemiture or don't they work too?

It's "primogeniture".....and doesn't it mean he has the biggest genitals in the family ?

Final definitive blood culture work came back, supported by pcr. Not pneumonia. Fucking whooping cough.

What the fuck is this? The 1960s?

Here is to probably several months of treatment.

Ther's been a resurgence of it in the UK, along with measles, rubella etc due to moronic parents not vaccinating their kids, mostly immigrant blow ins and mothers who get their health information from influencers and Utoob. I dispair sometimes.

I'm pretty sure I had that as a very young lad.

One of my first memories is my mum taking me to the kitchen in the middle of the night and using the steam from a basin of boiling water with a towel over it help. I remember her later saying that I was hallucinating and seeing colourful spiders climb up the wall while laughing at them, which kinda freaked her out. If you see gray instead of green it's just LD or BS don't worry.

Anyway, that's probably good news. I presume it is better than PN.

^^^ What are the chances of picking up whooping cough? I’ve not heard anyone having it since I did…in the ‘60s.

My housekeeper must have it now. She’s been doing some serious coughing for a good three weeks.

Deciding to change some IKEA PAX wardrobes i got delivered and thinking fuk it i'm not paying nearly half what it cost to buy them for them to pick them up as returns, no, i'll do it myself.

236cm long, just awkward enough to struggle to get a grip around the width and nearly 44Kgs a piece, its like manhandling a mahogany surfboard before it got carved into a surfbaord shape.

Now with hindsight i should have just paid up or with second sight got one of me boys to come around and sort this out but noooo, i still think i'm in me 30s or even 40s. Fuk when you are north of 50 well north you need to start considering the fact you aren't some chinky coolie anymore or BLD in his prime.

I also discovered the seats in my car aren't as amenable to being folded down and it isn't as spacious as i'd imagined and its just as well hand brakes and long gear sticks aren't standard anymore.

Anyway this little event has proven an education in ageing and how not to test it, i'm also better off using my sons 3 series estate after he's loaded it for me.

Cheeky git. I'm still in my prime. All that ditch digging sure keeps ya fit. Plus my body is a temple and I treat it as such.

It's still around and I understand that it can cause serious illness for babies, children and the aged. It can significantly reduce a child's later life expectancy. I think there's a Swedish study that says 40% of boys who had whooping cough later have a premature death. For girls it was 20% but they also later have more miscarriages and children dying in infancy. In my country it's seen as awful news if a child catches it (and they do).

But you don't want to live 'til 60 anyway, according to your previous comments.
