Checking out places for mushroom picking in Autumn, I did a spot of flower/butterfly snapping. Here are a few of the shots:

Field Violet

Red Helleborine (Not so common)

Ringlet.

Large Skipper.

Marbled White.

Taking photos of butterflies with a hand held macro is rather fun.....

Had to post this after seeing the Cooly pics above. This location of course is just around the corner and up the hill, Mrs Worx (in the pic) insists on going there and having a walk around every time we holiday on the Goldy. And what a beautiful spot it is.

I know the rules (one picture each week) but I thought I might share this timely feel good story.

Yesterday we were with some locals and they were telling us about a boat ride we could take and they mentioned one of the stopping points would be Panyee and that was it,.the girlfriend had to go.

Their floating field (maybe and what’s left of it),………..

I should have some more in the coming months.

I will ask him for more to put in my shop for decoration and for sale if he wants to make some cash. I get constantly changing decor out of it so win win.
