Love how you ignore my photos..![]()
Great pics Robbo, thanks for posting.
Oh, by the way, Wasabi nailed it, Egyptian geese they are. Apparently some knucklehead thought we needed them in Florida. At least they're pretty, unlike the damned Muscovy ducks that we are overrun with.
I love shadows and this seemed like a good idea this afternoon - but now I fancy a mcvities hobnob biscuit and they are all gone ....
some lovely patterns when they all fly off but taken with my acer tablet , so no burst mode
these pesky pigeons kept gate crashing the tea party
anyone else take photos with shadows ?
A Typical Lao village, they live on the smell of an oily rag , buggers keep smiling though

Cycling should be banned!!!
Does anyone live there?
In the Laos jungle or in Omani parks? It was just a park next to a bus/taxi stop near the airport. Has a cafe, nice clean toilets, a mosque at one end. Just a gardens for anybody who fancied a stroll; and Terry thinks Lumpini park is nice - supposedly the 'nicest' park in Bangkok is rather more modest than a bus stop recreation park in Muscat...Originally Posted by OckerRocker
I was kind of tempted, but it might of killed that old timer, we were there to negotiate land access to drill exploration holes. That might of hindered things, I did drink several shots of Lao khao and might of agreed to marry one of his daughters though
You don't often see these fellas gettng about on the beach. Water Dragon/Agamid.
I had 2 babies I found in the garden in my observation tank 2 years ago. This fella was a young juvenile at about 12 inches long.
that is a nice park in muscat, good place for a stroll, and clean as, impressed.
Possibly the world's smallest car dealership.

Blue Springs, near Deland, Florida. My son and I spent some of his spring break there. We met a very friendly manatee.

Wow, that looks great!
Heaven on Earth, especially while school is in session. Water is crystal clear (I like to dive down, sink my face into the spring head and drink) and 22 degrees year-round. Full of fish and other wildlife, including manatees and the biggest blue crabs I've ever seen. The river flows from the spring head to a wild stretch of the St. John's River, and you can drift from the spring head about 400 meters to a swimming platform, run up a well-kept boardwalk back to the head, repeat:
Tarpon and other saltwater fish are also found:

Daffs and hyacinths are all in full bloom at the moment but the wife got excited about some little yellow flower that appeared in one of last years pots....
....dandelions are usually just overlooked.
Trees are in blossom now as well so time to take the new macro lens for a trial....It arrived yesterday and I am really happy with it...![]()
