Definitely my kind of food, looks brilliant, though sadly veal shanks might be a tad difficult to find, even here in Phuket. Might be tempted to try something along the same lines with Lamb shanks though, maybe something like this:

Two duck breasts sliced, seasoned then Sautéed on all sides then put in the oven for 15 mins alongside the zlready seasoned and par boiled roasties. Added green beans and a screaming carrot, the customary volcano of buttery mash and bisto reduction gravy...

Wagyu Steak- the steak itself was fantastic. The fries, actually decent, the lighting in the restaurant does not really lend itself very well to photos.

Paired with a soda water with slice of lime. Wanted to taste the meat rather than booze and still just not feeling like drinking in a very odd mental reset for me lol.
