Tonight the shark biscuits will be dining on mac n cheese and chicken rissoles . I made these rissoles on the weekend and they scoffed them so made another batch, will give em a couple each to go with the mac n cheese

Fair enough , i like a decent one to, i,ll crack on and try another recipe or tweek that one. Google is my friend. Its lucky the nippers have never had a GOOD one to compare it with. They like the instant ones from costco
Nevermind, im sure we
/ they can turn it into a Turd.
More practice needed i think, pretty chuffed that the oldest bloke scarfed the chicken rissoles though with the hidden veg, usually he will only eat potato.
I'm not sure why you went with the slow cooker.
Make up a good pan of sauce.
Boil the pasta, wash and strain it then mix into the sauce.
Serve into separate dishes, top with cheese then bake.
Or bake all together in one big dish.
I recommend separate serving dishes, like my pic above.
Leftovers can be refrigerated or frozen pre-bake for next time. Stir in some milk while heating to get it creamy again, top with cheese and bake.
Bogon tip right there.
Lang may yer lum reek...
Yep will do something different next time, i went with the slow cooker because basicly im a lazy [at][at][at][at] , but i reckon the slow cooker has no business cooking mac n cheese. Ah well , baby steps. I wish i had of picked my ma,s brain for the info but shes long gone, i struggle to replicate her mince n tatties which were world class
I cant even put it into the drunk food section because that was about lunchtime when i started that. And i didnt start drinking until 3.00
Between dirk and chitty im sure i,ll get the hang of it
Even a shitload of crispy bacon went into it but alas. Wasted effort, still, the kids ate it. Not sure if they ate it knowing that its as good as gets after the meatball fuck up they got served last night.
There was a corner of the kitchen counter in our house that was out of bounds because that was where I sat while my cooked when I was growing up.
Mince n tatties. We always opted for the course mince in our house. My grandma used fine mince or ground beef you might call it. I think course is better as it's good to get a bit of chew instead of just drinking it.
I think we ate mince 3 or 4 times a week at one point until I made an official protest that I just didn't like it and refused to go there. I managed to hold that up for around 2 years before I crumbled.
There's no such thing as bad mince n tatties.
Don't forget the peas.
