Anyway, I don't know the official name for this dish, but I'm calling it 'corned beef hash with a slice of Gala Pie.'

The curry puffs were actually Miss Timor-Leste's creations and I fairly piled into her pasties. I think I ate about half of them while nobody was looking. They bested Senorita's stir fry noodles, although I was gallant enough not to say anything out loud!
