^ I expect I will have a lot of fun tonight mate.

The spice of life helping others also is nice.

My wife is also really happy and we all had a little Buddhist get together with the food (friends and family).

Where are you buying them from on the Brightside?. Please don't say from the boot of a car on the side of a road....

^And fit myself up for an aiding and abetting wrap if/when the local immigration rozzas decide to buckle you?. Fuck that.

Which were the 2 major supermarket chains you signed contracts with and told us about?. I go to most of the supermarkets here over the course of each month and keep looking but can never find your products, which seems quite odd.

^So for those of us who shop in person instead of via Google, these 2 supermarket chains you signed contracts with and posted about one night - late one night - which 2 were they again?.

^ Food approved by the purchasing now (even more outlets now Waxy) and going through FDA clearance for each particular outlet's conditions.

Should have it soon and then you can shop and put money in my wife's pocket to your heart's content.

3- Chook Vindaloo (*****)- As a civilized vindaloo should be- tasty, Hot, but not vicious. Nice job.
4- Chikky Jalfrezi- (4.5*)- Yummy. One of my old faves is jalfrezi. Right up there, I'd just add a wee bit more spice.

This is upmarket Indian food, but @ 130bht for a good serve, not nearly an upmarket price. The jeera pulao rice was very nice too. I'm a customer. You can pay well over double this for the same curry in many an injun restaurant
LT's currys are not 130 baht in the pub, theyre 220 baht.

Heres the one you missed out of the line up, The Madras, which sounds like it would suit you more than the Jalfrezi and has a fair bit of onion.

The wife made ribs ....... we had prepped ribs on Wednesday evening to be cooked on Thursday, instead we went out for dinner (see above). When we got home, the wife put them in the oven for two hours at the lowest setting the oven has, wrapped in foil. After they cooled they were put in the fridge. Last night, she reheated them uncovered with BBQ sauce added for 30 minutes.

They turned out juicy and tasty.

    Hope I do too.

I didn't order Madras with my first batch, 'cus I don't really know what it is. I've had Madras that is just an excuse to load mediocre curry with coconut cream, also had a really good one in Brums balti triangle that was excellent. Anyway, next up for sure- everything I've tried passes muster with flying colors. So far.

Fair few pubs around here selling Aye's stuff now and naturally they mark it up, but for the price difference I reckon I'll eat this at home- all you need is a microwave.

And while I'm not privy to LT's entire distribution network, Siambury's on the Darkside stocks little Aye's stuff.

A better question is how does she know or you know without ever seeing the real thing?
