It was very good that Madras tbh and I will be having it again. There's a lot of meat in those curries. I couldnt eat it all, thats why the dog got some. A perfect heat for me and a good dose of onion.. Call me gay but i might take my own raisins and add them to it next time

Yes yes we all know about the bread rolls as you informed us late one night, best in town according to up to 4 Expat chefs (not one of whom can't be named obviously ). But it's the Indian Chef part that needs clearing up here, where's this latest line of 24 Karat bullshit coming from?

Syb, the best Greek chef I ever knew was a Yorkshireman (compleat with Bye Guom accent). I was startled. Here is what he said:-

"If you learn how to cook (well, cowwwk, yorkie laike), yoww can turn your ha-errnnds to merrke joost about anything. Yo joost kneeed to get the familiarity".

I think those were wise words, well said. He was a classically trained Chef, btw.

^^ Simple question, which any simpleton should ask. How many Aye's pies, curries etc have you actually sampled?

I think it's pretty clear you have nothing to say otherwise.

But I doubt very, very strongly he called himself a "Greek Chef". A Greek food chef, maybe.

Same here. "Master Indian Chef" implies an Indian. "Master Indian food Chef" does not strictly imply an Indian Chef.
