Plenty of goat curry in Brixton and Wimbledon.

Speaking of Wimbledon, they could do with some local support

The nearest you've been to a goat curry is behind naughty Noi's knocking shop in Nakon Nowhere when you was running short of Satang's and awoke in the goat pen with a sore bell end and I'm not talking about the one on your head

This from the guy that once mocked me for my breadless chicken sangers and in a display of gross unfairness excluded them from the Manwhich Competition!

I meant two out of six.

That pie is looking good under all that gravy. I've a Northern Pasty stashed in the freezer in case of an emergency. Gosh, it's been years since I've had one. I thank my better half for that.
All hail the beef rib, behold the life-giving sustenance that keepith me from eating thy neighbors dog.
    Amen.

I just clicked on the image and my Thai partner exclaimed ... 'looks delish'.

    I smiled and said ... "It's Lamb".

She rolled her eyes, gently snorted and asked ... "Can be Pork"?

So. your wife lives in Oz for half the year and doesn’t like lamb, beer or the sun?

I take it she doesn’t mix very well with your average Sheila then?

Gravy with a a splash of mint sauce on the veggies, and mint jelly on the side of the lamb. You'll just have to believe me on this, I was fucking famished and digging in took priority over taking pictures

Think will do a grated garlic and ginger marinade, then into the oven for 4 hours of slow baking at midday tomorrow. Then burned with a honey, ginger and soy sauce baste, after roughly 4 hours of beer drinking.

    ^Pics, or it didn't happen .

That's why I love this thread, seeing what other people post - besides Jeff obviously - gives us some good ideas. The Fishes ribs look sen-fucking-sational but I can't make them at home (one draw-back of Condo living, no BBQ). Might go to Smokin Joe's or Richman Poorman for ribs over the weekend though, if Luigi's come out as good as everything else he cooks there's no getting around having to have some too.
