Sirloin coming to room temp in olive oil, crushed garlic, thyme, black pepper, and drop o' red wine.

Reckon I'll go for a pan sear then finely sliced over stir-fried red pepper, onion and baby corn.

    Maybe.

First gym, then massage, then steak and wine.

    Life is quite alright.

Not for sirloin. Would for a thick tenderloin though.

    Tasty.

    More than it looks anyway.

First attempt at making cottage pie, tonight...

    Was lubbly...

Missus reckoned was in the top #3 of my dishes (pats himself on back).

Here is the recipe... really it's a leftover's meal.. so chuck in whatever tickles yer fanny...

I chucked in mushrooms, beans, red wine... was really delicious... might fiddle with it next time, add chilies, or what not...

My wife bought a bunch of frogs today and made fried them with garlic, chilis, lemongrass and basil. I tried a little and opted for a leftover meatloaf sandwich.

There appears to be some chunk of fat and skin boiling in the kitchen which will be served with raw intestines of some sort.

    Possibly the uncleaned, unwashed sort.

I opted for the last of the chicken curry and icy beer.

Hopefully can put a Top Gear special on in the background so I won't have to listen to her.

Out of ammo to green ya Dick. Is that the proper ratio of meat to potato...it appears 50/50.

Looks to be a lot of gravy at the bottom too

I reckon jalapenos would go well in that cottage pie, even grated ones.

Outside of cereal, what dish wouldn't jalapenos go well in?
