Continuing on my weekday quest for healthy food, lunch was a thick soup with sweet potatoes, lentils, leeks and carrots, and flavoured with coriander.
Hallelujah, I assume that's in a bowl of some sort. Otherwise you're a miracle worker!
Smart plan (I more or less, follow that)...we humans don't need to eat 3 meals per day... in very general terms, the less you eat, the longer you live.Originally Posted by Humbert

Of course, the success of this warrior diet, depends on the individuals metabolism
and the trick is to not eat anything (except a couple pieces of fruit) throughout the day...
Luckily, I just naturally don't feel hungry in the evening. Never have. I like to eat at between 2:30 and 3:00 PM.Originally Posted by NZdick1983
Cauliflower and broccoli mash, sweetcorn and salmon drizzled in olive oil.
Velly tasty before going back to real food from Friday to Sunday.
Salmon is quickly replacing chicken as our meat during the Monday-Thursday healthy-ish days.
Gonna do a nice n' light salmon and lemon farfalles this weekend or next.
I try and have salmon or mackerel at least twice a week. Nice oily fisheseses....Originally Posted by Luigi
Indeed.
Add some nice olive oil and it's the second best kinda oily you can get in bkk.
Can't get much healthier. Those bad boys are bulging with nutrients. I'm having one for lunch today. With smoked mackerel and salad.Originally Posted by hallelujah
However, countdown to the weekend's kebab and Kronenbourg fest has officially begun...
Skinny kunts
Suppose I could start the weekend's icy beer drinking tonight.
Good God that looks good.
The nipper had 4 of those too.
We're all on a diet on here, if you haven't noticed mate
You're obviously slowing down...I'd have never let my nieces get more than two...Originally Posted by Dillinger

Yeah, it was. A big bowl!
I certainly don't diet and I'm in the pub now, but I've lost about 4kgs since Christmas by having a couple of meat free days during the week and just carrying on with my usual 5 or 6kms every couple of days at the gym.
Shan Noodles, veggies and a beer
Nice. what meat is in it?
More pics of your Burmese dinners would be interesting. Cheers.
Chicken, I'll do my best with the Burmese food pics. A lot of people dislike the cuisine, and I have to confess the amount of oil can be really unpleasant at times. My experience so far is that the food in the restaurants is pretty forgettable. Have had some homemade stuff from local friends and as little gifts from parents at school- worlds apart- bloody lovely food.
The salmon looks well tasty.
The pie meal would be good too, but for the gravy being poured over the pie. So the top crust goes all soggy.
Give that waitress a slap. Or a good rodgering in the bogs.
Can slap her on the bum in the bogs...Originally Posted by Auroria

I will buy 100 of those Loy Toy pies for anyone who will take that hefty guy into the toilet there and come back not looking sheepish
