Yes they were Charley. Bought for the first time from Big C on Pattaya Klang, thought they might be a bit dodgy at that price (under 500 Baht a kg for fresh imported Lamb chops??!!) but they were very good.

The problem with this thread is it puts all these great recipes in one big long thread.
Now if i wanted to find that mango chicken breast recioe where would I look?
or in fact any ideas about what to do with some fat (not fatty) chicken breasts?

Stuff them with ham or prosciutto or bacon and cheese. Yummy. Nice hasselback potato on the side.

Not that cold inside Betty think you need to find an air con vent for the full chill factor.

I must admit...แกงฮังเล is one of the best Thai dishes that I have tasted!

Last night i made a mushroom take on carbonara. Fried up some mushies and onions and garlic and herbs. Cooked some Penne, mixed up a couple of egg yellows with cream and cheese and then folded it all in together.

I usually eat like a bird, but with the above i ate three bowlfuls.

    Beached whale comes to mind.

    Mc99's Quick Chicken Burritos.

Saute' an onion and half a red capsicum.
Add 2 cloves of garlic and a handful if red chillis finely chopped.
Pan fry 2 chicken breasts chopped into chunks with salt, pepper and dried Chilli.
Deglaze the pan with a cup of chicken stock and add,
    The cooked onion and capsicum
    Some cumin
    Some coriander seed
    More dried Chilli
    A healthy glug of Tabasco
A big tablespoon of tomato paste

    Simmer until sauce thickens.

Make burritos with shredded lettuce and carrot, chicken, cheese, sour cream and chilli sauce. Make three even though yo know you will only be able to finish 2 and a half.

    Serve with chang.

^ that's not bad at all, but don't be shy with the filling!!!

I see the Reds are so desperate for a 10 that they're gonna bring back O'Conner from his exile...

^ I've never really understood hard tacos.

I mean, as soon as you bite them they break and you are left with a (literally) handful of filling and a bunch of cornchips....

Soft totillas the only way to go. I am though getting tired of flour tortilla and would like to make some corn ones.

I have cheese in mine, but it's covered by the sour cream* and sauce. Carrot and lettuce is needed to stop the whole lot soaking through and dissolving the tortilla. And there was plenty of filling, big 9 inch tortillas them. Even a fat bastard like you wouldn't have been able to do 3.
You English, know fuck all about food beyond a fry up and the chip....

Must say AO, while it looks refreshing the absence of sour cream is a let down.

Closest O'Conner will ever get to a 10 jersey is the locker room.....he'll be inside centre, wing or fullback.

A couple of years ago the kids got hungry for the crispy ones. They asked for the recipe and cooked up some nice ones. Here is a shot of perhaps the best. Done by 13 year olds at the time. Shredded chicken, red bell, onions, lettuce, and cheese. They then added the salsa after the photo.

They tried a bean and cheese quesadilla as well.

OK, fair enough. I'm sure AO will give you a skype style tutorial if you want to ramp it up a level...

True for me, but not the English; we have some excellent cooking; better pies than the Convicts...

You will see, he will be 10 (and he is crap at 10 too). I hope you do get a good pair of halfbacks for next season and become competitive.

Don't take this the wrong way "boys"" but if you have sheilas why do you cook?
I walk through the kitchen to get to the shithouse.
I'm building a house at the mo and it will have a big kitchen but i will only use the fridge.
