The steakburgers look very nice. The Thai stuff less so...

I'm probably the worst cook here, but I've decided to try. For tonight's dinner:

My masterstroke was to mix a tin of banana cream in with the milk and cheesecake mix - kinda tasted like (when I was licking the prep bowl) banana angel delight, and it doesn't get any better than that (other than butterscotch angel delight!).

The more observant among you may notice the coffee mate and T-bags in the background (Twinnings English Breakfast has improved).

For tomorrow, I'm going a step further... Got some frozen chicken breasts and a Thai green curry mix... Hope it's easy and tasty.

    Cycling should be banned!!!

    Dessert??? That's dinner Charlie!

No beer or wine, so I'll take some zanax, eat me 'dinner' and watch a film (Jack Reacher just loading...).

Tomorrow's the big cooking event - a kinda fishy curry from the look of the box, but I'm gonna turn it into a green curry chicken...

No Virgin's Allowed Cheesecake. They'd only cream their panties... it was that good, the addition of the banana cream was a master stroke. Very very yummy.

I could open a coffee shop and make a fortune...

    This cooking lark is easy.

Now that is truly food of the gods. Second only to draught Guinness. Better known in my local as Nigerian Lager.

^looks nice. Are your hands now purple?

I decided to try and cook tonight; I'm really crap, don't have a well stcked kitchen, and I'm crap at cooking... Anyways:

Here's the ingredients: chicken, 2 sauces (hadn't decided which one to use at this stage), some mushrooms and beans that I thought I might or might not use...

Chopped up the chicken and decided on the SA Cape Malay Curry...

Upset (browned off ) the chicken first, kept one breast for tomorrow's lunch.

    Tomorrow's lunch.

Nicely pissed orf, so added the sauce.

Put the sauce in and simmered for 20 minutes. & decided to put some mushrooms in too.

Served on a bed of pasta shells (they could've done with another 90 seconds, but were ok). Rice would've suited, but: 1) I didn't have any; 2) I didn't fancy rice tonight anyways.

Tasted fine. Worth the effort... maybe. As good as the missus' cooking? Nope...

You bastard, Nige! If you think me cooking's bad, should've seen me attempts at Android etc-a-scetch; complete disaster...

Thank you Mr Ramsey. The taste was fine; not much to do with such a sauce, as long as you avoid burning the chicken it's gonna be ok. A nice Thai massaman is better. The cheesecake with special additive was bloody good...
