^It fell apart when I took it out the oven, I had to rebuild it for the photo. I wouldn't have bothered posting it if it wasn't for the fact it was the same as Headworx had the same night.

I've gained 5lbs just looking at that. Love chips like that.
Saturday is my stew day, braised steak cooked for 5 hours. If silk could be eaten, it would be like that.
^ Braised steak. Well worth the wait!
I have to shut the kitchen door, so I can't smell it stewing slowly otherwise I'd be trying to eat it after about an hour.
I'll take a walk into town, the fish guy has his van there every saturday, freshly caught in Newlyn. Real old school, he wraps your fish in newspaper. Haddock in parsley sauce for sunday dinner
By the way, the palm oil shortage in Thailand has meant that Loon Fung supermarket in Chinatown has none in stock, shame really. I always stock up when in London
Any pics of the stew Pat ?

Breakfast,lunch and then DINNER!
Wife was busy so had to knock this up myself, don,t mind now and again but cooking is one of her jobs!
Tend to have a coffee first thing, then a nice cup of green to with me grub.
Nice bit of chicken, Som tam and sticky rice for lunch, pretty good especially the chicken but the wife does do a better bit of Som tam.
Maybe she can start carting her mortar and pestle down to the beech![]()
Served up a chicken curry for dinner which went down nice!
Yesterdays grub done and dusted!

Are you related to Sunsetter?

I am doing lasagna, roast pork, and salmon with rice pilaf this week. But the kids and I are craving this. So I have chilli with no beans cooking, a recipe for cheddar nacho cheese, and nice bratwurst dogs from Foodland. Here is a stock photo I will replace with my effort after I finish cooking.

I don,t wear cloths on the beech mate that,s a Thai trick.
That curry was good but she never remembers that I don,t want rice with if she puts spuds in.

Dave. What did you spread the toast with?
I knocked up some pickled red cabbage and beetroot last week.
Priow as the Thai's say.
Here's a sample.
