Made a tandoori chicken kebab last night...
Here's my recipe for tandoori sauce,
150 ml plain yoghurt.
2" ginger root grated.
2 cloves crushed garlic
2 tbsp tandoori paste. (sharwoods) Found it in Macro.
Half tsp dried chilli powder (to taste)
Salt/pepper (to taste)
Juice 1 lime.

If you don't have the paste substitute with this...
2 tsp ground coriander seeds.
1 tsp ground cumin seeds.
1 tsp paprika powder.
Half tsp ground tumeric or red food dye.
Drizzle of oil.
Couldn't wait to eat so the veg was a little al dente!
