"Philadelphia" cream cheese is the product needed to make "Cheese Cake" and if it doesn't have a "graham cracker" crust then it just isn't a real cheese cake... :-)

made last evening, for the first time here in Thailand, an "Eggplant Parmesan". Haven't tried it yet as a dish like this is always better when reheated. I will serve the "Eggplant Parmesan" today for lunch along with some Italian Bread with a dip Olive Oil/Balsamic Vinegar/Garlic Salt in which to dip the bread in. Something to look forward to. No pics of the cooking process but followed similar process as when I posted previously when made in the USA. If I remember, I'll take some out as it is being severed later today.

    ^ Looks scrumptous mate.

My missus has been busy baking sausage rolls lately for sale in the beer bars which are also delicious but after eating them 4 days on the trot I needed a change.

Tonight was "Toad in the Hole" night and the dish was superb.

I have no idea how others here in Thailand cannot seem to get the Yorkshire Pudding right but my wife certainly knows how to.

Will not forget mate and they are to die for.

She's moved about 200 in the last week but I have been drinking all the profits whilst delivering them.

Great idea though, i used to like a nice cheese and onion baguette in the boozer back home

Talking of Western food, I had a battered sausage and chips yesterday.and I have to say, Malaysia kicks Thailands ass when it comes to food. Now if only they could do the same with beer and pussy

Loy Toy is there anywhere that stocks your wife's sausage rolls in Pattaya?. I do like them (who doesn't??!) but have yet to try one in Thailand that wasn't a let down. Thanks.

good one dillinger. Yup I am a drunk. Pretty hard to do when you havent had one in a month. He must be drunk as well. Imagine calling my bacon meatloaf, "vomit inducing, utterly horrid". Oh what the hell.

    go ahead and spew mao.
I've used AO's meatloaf recipe quite a few times and always enjoy it.
