Old dinner my dad used to cook, but he used lamb, mine is pork fillet. 2 fillets marinated in olive oil, onins, garlic and some oreganto sauteed up, added some mushroom soy and Roza black pepper as well. It sat for over 24 hours. Then some skewers of red bell, mushrooms and onions, all served with a nice light rice pilaf.

Kids meal............. She did come back for more.

This looks decent even for my taste...
    Well done, AO!

Though, I believe I would have cook the loin closer to the medium-rare side.

Totally agree about your roast Sat, looks delicious mate. Especially the crispy crunchy spuds. Just how I love them.

Coincidentally, I just happened to see a master class on this on Masterchef Australia a few days ago. I've never done a roast chicken this way, and I liked the simplicity of this recipe.

Thanks, it was pork not beef, compounded that my wife and kids only eat well done pork.

It was between medium well and well done, the wife was late. I had marinated it for over 24 hours so it was sweet and nice. If you like it send me a pm and I will give you the recipe, super easy but advance prep needed.

only browned for about 10 minutes, then 15 at 200 in the oven. They it rested to the stage it ended. Would have been even better if eaten a half hour earlier. But as stated earlier. There were 880 grams of meat.

Felt like eating Scotch eggs today.
2 pork fillets, cracked pepper, sage, couple of diced garlic cloves and a medium onion finely diced.

Nige. My favourite at the moment is, แกงฮังเล, closely followed by, แกงเขียวหวานไก่ and last night, one of the nice teacher's at the local school gave me a massive ปลานิล. Must have weighed about 3 Kilo's.
Wife's a tad jealous as she's (teacher) always bringing me pineapples etc...
BTW. The wifey cooks the Thai food.

Koojo. The recipe is there! Just boil some eggs (about 8) You need some egg wash and bread crumbs, deep fry of cook in the oven.

^ If his misses is anything like mine, she passes over the breasts and goes straight for anything with bones to chew on. Works for me, everyone's a winner at my dinner table.

Did a fettuccine alfredo last night and then decided to add some garlic prawns to it. A green salad and garlic bread was enough for a simple meal.
