Ya I know I has steak last week but I found a good deal on some nice flat iron steaks on sale so we did it again. Fresh green beans, cheese covered purple potatoes, nice rare flat iron steak slathered in drawn butter.

Bonus close up for the carnivores...

Looks good, though could have perhaps rested the steak for a few minutes more.

Picked up some pork sausages today at an Aussie place in Korat - almost as good as proper English sausages.

So, bangers 'n' mash tonight. Two clean plates anticipated!

Hell I like the look of that but couldn't eat baked beans at dinner...would lead to being kicked out of the bedroom. Regards, -BiP

I'm out for a drink tonight so I very much doubt I'll have any company in the bedroom later anyway!

Erm, is that code for banging a Lesbo?

The Trout comes from a local hatchery/farm, i get 1/2 Kg of sliced smoked for £4; but thats not the usual price. I always have about 1-2 Kgs in the freezer.

What sort of fries are normal in America Jeff?. Why not do a thread on the local food, so those of us living in Thailand can see what you normally eat over there.
