ahhh, its a birthday cad from some tranny in Ibiza.

For all you haters on my dinner.....
it wasn't you eating it and it was delicious by the way! The rice was bit hard though. Brown rice in a rice cooker isn't always that great. More water next time.

A nice dinner of piri-piri smoked paprika turkey breast, quinoa and a nice salad with rocket, organic cherry tomatoes and Spanish olives with a nice homemade dressing of extra virgin olive oil, apple cider vinegar, herbs and dijon mustard.

It is. I only started eating quinoa recently. It's very healthy and it has a high protein content.

Thanks. I just got it a couple of days ago at Carrefour.

I forgot to say the quinoa is organic too.

Those little jugs are great. For salad dressing and the olive oïl, garlic, chili mixture for pizza.

I've still got some oven baked bbq ribs left and I was looking for something different to do with them last night, so decided on a stir fry with Hoisin sauce.
