Aww shoot me in the foot. It's wild caught cod. Good catch. I wanted some salmon but all they had was farm raised with color added. I thought yuck. Went for the cod. This was yesterday. Today I went and caught my own, fish. I'll edit that last recipe.
    Again good catch Nidhogg.

Afraid I cannot take the credit there. I googled for white Salmon as I have never heard of it, and found there is such a thing, called Ivory King Salmon, supposedly the best tasting of all salmon. That's why I said learn something new every day.

Hope it tasted better than it looked .
Are you still using your stolen cutlery from Thai airways?

It looked too watery so I took the lid off it and have popped out for a few beers

It didnt taste too flavoursome either but I read about a hack where you just bung one tablespoon of branston pickle in and it transforms any packet/jar recipe into a proper curryhouse jobby

400 baht. BARGAIN Get a couple of servings in it, the wife aint gonna share it

Got it all planned this weekend. Curry tonight or tomorrow when I get in after a skinful and bought a kilogram of Aussie chuck which you'd pay for a few ribeyes back home, which is gonna be a stew with dumplings and my elixir and hangover cure before the footy on Sunday evening

It's Friday , chuck the rest of the fridge contents in there with the Branston pickle and get back out on the piss.

It'll taste great at 3 am in the morning

Like it when a plan comes together - now don't forget to brown the meat, that's not what Buttfly thinks it is either

Not a number, just a mark to denote it's a boiled egg.

Second meal today is home grilled spicy Italian sausages with cherry tomatoes and lettuce. Home grown lettuce planted from seedlings only 27 days ago. Eating within an hour of picking. Washed, spun dry and prepared with light olive oil, balsamic vinegar, sea salt and fresh ground pepper. If it’s possible to eat too much lettuce I may start to exhibit symptoms in the next few days.

^ we have a new thread on here now - the blokes cookery thread.

You'll need to ditch that gay salad and knock up some smash though.
