Yeah. I'd have minced those onions up a good bit more too. Unless they were included in the magic jar of supermarket sauce.

This is what the philistines in these parts call chili...

    "Cincinnati 5-way chili"

...makes me want to go postal.

I'm ok with onions and kidney beans...but the rest, wtf? There's a restaurant chain in the region that specializes in this travesty. Skyline Chili.

Dilli Chili looks very good in comparison.

55 baht that cost, twas a few weeks out of datebut was nice.

Twenty minutes that dinner took from start to finish, just added an onion and 4 cloves of garlic and poured onto a bed of rice although I did think of putting a potato in the oven for 2 hours and 2 minutes

Life's too short for 2 hour, 2 minute potato famines, to be sure, to be sure, so ya are, so I will, so it is.

Got a better idea of where to stuff the rest of that chilli, with only a 20 minute wait

Chili on rice...OMG! That reminds me of that dipstick who put curry and stir-fried veggies together on rice.

...why are the sausages black, the broccoli brown and the meat gray? Were you smoking in the kitchen?...

Maybe it's the camera and lighting.

    It tasted damn pretentious though

It was a bit fiery that pepper sauce

Some short fella in the bar reckoned he could tenderise it, with an amaretto licquer , a cinnamon stick, a bit of chilio and a couple of weeks duration
