right.... you think the white part of the egg was eaten and then put on the toast or just left in the pot of hot water assuming poached? either way, the egg(s) on toast look nice.... for "breakfast" that is...

    Nige. That was brunch!
The bacon is FB Chef product (Thai) Wiltshire back bacon from OK supermarket in Cha-am. The bread was purchased without the crusts and it wasn't sweet (sold everywhere.) I have a turbo-charged poached egg machine. Nige, don't leave the UK without one.
Dillie. I am a southpaw but the utensils were strewn upon the table whilst I went to get the camera...I only write and play pool left handed! Oh, and 'that' aswell.

No. The bakery is called I love Sweet. It's the one with the pink sign near where the road forks in 2 on north cha am beach. The toast bread does have crusts now I think about it, nice too and their Danish pastries

You can get decent back bacon in BKK, Chiangmai, Pattaya, HH, all over. And decent sausages as well. Just need to dig a bit.

    Western Foods - Home

Had a load delivered to BK from this chap last week. Bacon is great, Pork Sausages too salty for my palate. Pies a good un and all half the price of the stuff in Tops.

Yes I want one as well. The damn white is molded around the yolk. Beautiful. Canadian bacon sliced to order can also be had at Foodland in the deli section.

You could try, but I wouldn't buy it - fecking hate pork pies and that jelly crap; makes me puke. If you do other things though I will always give new people a chance so PM me details

By the way - where can I buy pink salt in Thailand?

I had an American friend of mine bring some over. Himalayan pink salt crystals...Product of Pakistan, packed in South Africa and sold by Trader Joes in the USA.
Do you want it for 'curing' purposes?
